From the time John Mason's representative calls to discuss your move to the time all the packing materials are cleared away from your new home, the move will be under the personal supervision of a senior member of staff.

Once your moving date has been agreed, a programme of events will be drawn up. This will show you when the packing will be done, how long it will take, when your effects will probably be shipped out of the country and when they are expected to arrive at your chosen destination. John Mason then starts talking to all the people that will make up the component parts of your move, the shipping lines, OMNI colleagues at your destination, the packing foreman, the customs department. If there are any particular queries, e.g. a prohibition against certain goods in the country you are moving to, it talks over the difficulty with you and to solve the problem.

John Mason takes over your worries about shipping the family pet, the car or electronic equipment. It dismantles and re-erects garden furniture, brings in specialists for other household jobs and, if necessary, arranges temporary or long term
storage . . . . in short you will find that John Mason International will move the world for you.
