Getting There

If you are travelling from FIDI | OMNI will be providing transfers from the FIDI hotel, the Swissotel Nankai Osaka on Thursday 14^th May.  Please indicate your interest on your registration form.

If you are travelling independently | OMNI will be providing transfers from both Kansai and Osaka Itami airports on Thursday 14^th May.  Please provide your arrival details on your registration form so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Kansai International Airport (KIX) | Approx 1hr 15 minutes by car

Osaka Itami Airport (ITM) | Approx 40 minutes by car

Travelling by train | Kyoto Station is a 5 minute walk from The Thousand Hotel.  Please indicate on your registration form if you require assistance from the station.

If travelling by train please see some helpful tips here – you may need to book busier trains in advance and for luggage you may need to book a reserved seat in the designated area.

Return Transfers | OMNI will be providing return transfers to both Kansai and Osaka Itami airports on Monday 18^th May.  Please provide your return details on your registration form so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Visa
