Gerson Relocation promotes Nikki Browne to Supply Chain & Agent Partner Relationships Manager

Gerson Relocation are delighted to announce the promotion of Nikki Browne to Supply Chain & Agent Partner Relationships Manager. With immediate effect she will be responsible for managing agent relationships for international moving and relocation services.

Nikki’s role focuses on nurturing relationships with our agent partners, managing performance and costs, and ensuring service continuity worldwide.

As part of her role she will also lead a team of Relocation Managers who carry out the management of household goods moving services for Gerson Relocation’s overseas agent partners.

Nikki has worked in the moving and relocation industry for 12 years and has been with the business since 2012. Over this time she has worked across many of the organisation’s service units, managing everything from door-to-door household goods moves to full business relocations. She is also experienced with costings and working with our agent partners.

As part of her role, Nikki will be part of a group-wide supply chain management team where she will be reviewing how we work with our partners around the world and introducing new areas of best practice to create an exceptional customer experience.
