M. Dyer recognised as one of Hawaii’s best places to work
M. Dyer Global in Hawaii has been recognised by Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii’s Best Workplaces 2026. It’s a recognition it shares with just 22 other companies, from all sectors, in the State. This comes hot on the heels of M. Dyer being recognised at the Independent Mover of the Year by the American Trucking Associations – Moving & Storage Conference (ATA-MSC).

Anthony Shipp, President and CEO of M. Dyer said that the recognition is particularly meaningful because it is employee driven, with companies being evaluated by an independent organisation based on surveys measuring critical factors such as communication, leadership, culture, benefits, and overall employee engagement.

“This is not a one-time achievement,” said Anthony. “It is a pattern of performance.” He added that M. Dyer is the only Hawaiian company in the moving industry to receive consistent Best Workplace recognition year after year. “We are a business that pairs operational excellence with a people-first culture,” he said. “Our leadership team is committed to building a company where employees choose to stay, grow, and perform at a high level.” He said that these recognitions taken together achieve a sustainable advantage for his company.

Anthony said that this latest award demonstrates the company’s internal strength, alignment, and long-term durability. “It is a clear indicator that M. Dyer Global is not only performing today, but is also built for continuity, scalability, and long-term value creation. Our culture is not accidental, it’s intentional. It’s not just what we do, but how we do it.”

Janis Magin, Editor in Chief, Pacific Business News, commented in an announcement on 3rd April 2026, that all the named companies have one thing in common: “Their employees enjoy coming to work,” she said.

Named companies are grouped into three categories: small, medium and large organisations. The winners in each category will be announced on 29 May 2026.
