As of May 31, 2026, Reinhold Karpisek, long-time Managing Director of Sobolak International GmbH, will retire. He has shaped the company loyally for over 33 years in various roles, significantly developed it, and managed it as Managing Director for two decades. - Jutta Sobolak takes over the CEO position, representing the company externally. As the owner's daughter and long-time employee, she stands for continuity and a clear strategic direction.
- Robert Lozar also joins the management. As Operations Manager, he will continue to handle his responsibilities and maintain his operational duties.
- Andreas Eibel continues to head sales and takes over the operational management of the company. He will be responsible for daily operations and ensure the continuation of ongoing business in all areas.
