Born and educated in Warwickshire, UK, Philippa fell in love with the moving and relocation industry while spending a year in South Africa with a leading moving and relocation company. Philippa returned to the UK to join the family business in 1994 where her career began in corporate move management. Based on her passion for operational excellence, delivering a valued customer experience and driving efficiencies in operational output, Philippa has held positions at all levels and is now Director and Chief Operating Officer of Robinsons. Philippa is also President of OMNI (Overseas Moving Network Inc) and Agent Relations for the one-group network, bringing global interactions to her daily life.

Walter Lafitte is president, founder/owner and CEO of Canal Movers & Logistics Corp., Panama Furniture Rentals and LARM Panama Relocation Services. Mr. Laffitte has been in the Mobility industry for 25 years and he has been serving the industry at different associations at a board level position for the last 20 years. He has been president of the Latin American and Caribbean International Movers Association (LACMA) and president of FIDI Latin America, 2015-2017. He currently serves as a board member of Overseas Moving Network International (OMNI) and was president from 2021-2023.

Mark’s entire working career has been focused on the moving industry. He is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of customer service and value and has led New Zealand Van Lines since 2015. Mark has extensive experience in the domestic and international relocations business and has been actively involved in the development of the local market in New Zealand through The Moving Company, NZ Movers, Ausmove, and New Zealand Van Lines, forming the largest private NZ-owned moving group. Mark joined the OMNI board in March 2021.

Ido is the Vice President of Group Operations for AGS International Movers, subsidiary of the Mobilitas group. Ido is an experienced senior executive with a career spanning over 20 years in the international removals industry. He has served in various executive roles in sales, operations, finance and network development. Since January 2024 Ido has been a member of the group Operational Board, responsible for Partner relations, ESG, training, quality & supply chain across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Ido serves on the Board of Directors for Mobilitas, has served as President of Ada-Europe and served on the FIDI FASI (FAIM Affiliates Secured Invoices) committee. Ido joined the OMNI board in May 2024.

Eric Tate is the Vice President of the northeast region at Aires, a leading global mobility company. He joined the company in 1994 as a sales trainee and has since held various roles across multiple offices and joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Currently Eric manages sales and operations for the Danbury CT office. Eric is a Certified Relocation professional (CRP) as recognized by the Worldwide ERC. Throughout his tenure at Aires, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth and innovation, contributing to its evolution into a full-service global relocation provider. Eric Joined the OMNI board in May 2024.

Bill Lloyd joined Asian Tigers Indonesia in 2004 and quickly climbed through the ranks to become the company’s Sales Manager in 2007. Bill was then trusted to take on the role of Managing Director in 2011 captaining the ship for Gerry Lane for a further 12 years purchasing equity along the way. In January 2023 Gerry and Bill signed an MBO giving Bill the opportunity to purchase the remaining shares. Bill has been a staunch supporter of the OMNI network for the last 20 years, advocating and promoting trade within and between its partners. Bill joined the OMNI board in 2024 expressing that it would be an honour to help navigate OMNIs direction going forward but also to sit amongst such esteemed fellow board members and learn from them.
