OMNI Conference Code of Conduct Policy

Be respectful and considerate:

  • Treat everyone with respect. This means being mindful of personal space and being courteous in your interactions with other delegates.

 

  • Demeaning, harassing, or intimidating behaviour is unacceptable at OMNI events and will not be tolerated.

 

Delegate behaviour policy:

  • We have zero tolerance for harassment. This includes offensive comments about gender, identity, orientation, disability, appearance, race, age or religion.

 

The following are not acceptable at any OMNI event:

  • Taking or sharing inappropriate images
  • Stalking other delegates, OMNI staff or hotel or other event staff
  • Unwelcome physical contact
  • Violent behaviour of any kind

 

  • Please be aware that OMNI has the authority to address any incident of inappropriate behaviour at any OMNI event. If necessary, we will involve law enforcement. Anyone who is found to be violating our conduct guidelines may be expelled from the event and may be barred from any future OMNI events as deemed appropriate.

 

  • OMNI has agreed to share details of any incident of inappropriate behaviour at our events with other organisations including IAM, FIDI, FEDEMAC, EURA.

 

Using conference tools responsibly:

  • When using the OMNI website, social media or email remember to respect OMNI’s reputation and other users.

 

  • Avoid making disrespectful or harmful statements about OMNI, other users or third parties.

 

  • Be mindful of intellectual property rights and privacy laws when sharing content.

 

In a nutshell:

  • Be kind, professional and respectful at all times.

 

  • Speak up if you see or experience inappropriate behaviour.

 

  • Use our digital tools wisely and responsibly.

 

  • Stay honest and competitive in a fair way.
