International shipment and storage

The Aires Mobility Specialist is fully responsible and accountable for the entire relocation. This specialist works directly with the family to ensure timely communication, answer questions and concerns, and deliver all services associated with a relocation.
He/She will coordinate the shipment of the employee and family’s household goods with our agents anywhere in the world, ensuring effective communication and control and the highest levels of service throughout the process.
For the door-to-door shipment of houshold goods, Aires offers the following services:
- Complete packing and wrapping of all household goods and personal effects
- Direct loading of household goods into appropriate container or van
- Preparation of all documentation
- Normal, direct residence delivery and removal of debris
- Return of empty containers at the international destination
- Complete tracking and communication of shipment status
Additional moving services include automobile transport, household pet moving, and storage.
For export shipments from the USA – The Aires Mobility Specialist will arrange for all origin services, including a survey, packing and loading, inland transportation, export documentation, ocean or air freight and foreign customs clearance and delivery to residence. The Mobility Specialist provides ongoing consultation with the relocating family throughout the move. This includes assistance with work permits, visas, passports and consulate documentation.
For import shipments to the USA – The Aires Mobility Specialist will contact the employee and family immediately upon notice of the consignment. The Mobility Specialist will ensure that all documents are in order. Aires will arrange for all customs documentation during consultation. Shipments are cleared without requiring the family’s presence, and often without question or inspection.
