With more than 30 dedicated and experienced sales and customer service professionals supported by the latest information technology Aspire Mobility provides effective communication and tracking tools for our customers and for assignee families.

We spend extra time during pre-move surveys to ascertain and address the needs and concerns of the assignee family for the upcoming relocation. We provide each assignee family with a comprehensive information package including a handy MovePlanner file with a step-by-step move guide, destination information, various checklists and useful move labels. We offer Departure Service, Residence Hand-back assistance as well as Handyman and House Cleaning services.

At deliveries we welcome the family with a move-in kit with complimentary drinks, snacks and useful cleaning items to help make the first couple of days in the new home just a little bit easier. We offer house cleaning services and maid service to help make the house a home as well as handyman service to hang-up pictures and curtains, change electric sockets etc. We offer a full range of DSP services including Visa & Immigration, Pre-visit, Home finding, School and Day-care search, Move-In inspection, Ongoing Assignment Support, Expense Management etc.

Short term furniture rental is a cost effective alternative to hotel or temporary accommodation short term assignment as well as during an interim period until the household goods shipment arrives. Offering a full range of pre-designed packages of furnishing, Aspire Mobility’s in-house Furniture Rental programs cater for both corporate and private clients.

Aspire Mobility is supported by our parent company, which is the daily working place for some 200 people including 150 fully trained and permanently employed packers and drivers. Our vehicular fleet of some 60 units includes variety of covered moving trucks with tailgate lifts, crane trucks, mobile furniture elevators, container handling equipment and climate controlled Fine Art trucks. Up to 12 large road-trains, each with a capacity of 100 cubic meters, are deployed on European road moves.

Our terminals in the country's five largest urban centers of Copenhagen, Hillerød, Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg are all located close to the motorway network making our facilities accessible and easy to locate. In total we operate some 20,000 cubic meters of heated and high security storage capacity catering for liftvans and containerized shipments. The warehouses are dedicated to household goods storage and comprise bonded facilities as well as specialized storage for wine, fine art and oversized items. We build our own liftvans and special crates at our in-house carpentry shops and we keep our trucks ship-shape at our own vehicle maintenance facility.
