Every effort is made by all members of staff to meet and exceed customer expectations. Our quality processes are firmly established by our registration to ISO 9002 which was achieved in 1994.
In 2000, Robinsons International was one of the first UK companies to achieve FAIMISO accreditation. The FAIMISO programme is an auditable quality programme which sets and measures standards of quality for the whole international moving process. We take the delivery of our service very seriously and employ a dedicated full time Quality Manager who is on hand to respond immediately to any issues concerning the levels of service provided.
