Marc Smet (CEO of Gosselin Group) and Erik Meys (CEO of Verhuizingen Meys) reached an agreement in principle for the acquisition of Verhuizingen Meys and Meys Vastgoed based in Brasschaat by the Gosselin Group (Deurne).
