Metropolitan Transport goes to great lengths to ensure its customers get the very highest standards of service.

A personal account manager is assigned to each customer to discuss the most suitable arrangements for the move. The account manager is able to advise on a number of methods of transportation and routes so customers can chose the most cost effective option that meets their needs.

Metropolitan's account managers are all fluent in more than one language. Portuguese, Spanish, English, German, Italian and even Japanese speaking account managers are available to help with the process of moving.

It can accommodate long and short term storage. It also has secure storage rooms and cold storage rooms.

Air conditioned storage facilities are available for sensitive goods such as archive material and electronic equipment.

The company can also organise customs clearance through bonded warehouses.
